I got kinda used to voting system, but it still isnt good. Admin clearly missed the point of letting users commenting without voting. Now you have to vote for every item you wanna leave a comment on, even when you dont want to vote for making that comment. Why not making the update to comment without voting? The majority of users including me would appreciate that.
